Profile types
The Open Stage app allows you to perform on special stages, in streets, squares, parks, city centres and suburbs either as an artist (ARTIST/ EXPRESSION or ARTISTIC JOB) or as a spectator (USER). Each profile has different characteristics:
With an ARTIST/EXPRESSION profile you can:
- Perform on the Open Stage or on the street art expression locations in Milan.
- Participate in special events and organised call for artists.
With a USER profile you can:
- Access the list of events on the Open Stage and participate as a spectator.
- Access the Open Stage community by visiting artists' profiles.
The ARTISTIC JOB profile allows you to sell your products/services in the City of Milan’s street art locations, through the payment of a concession for the public space. Find out more about this type of profile in the Milan’s Street Art complete regulations.
How to performe
Where do you want to performe?
- Log in or register to the app as ARTIST.
- From the home page select "+ LET'S PLAY!"
- Choose the city, the location and an available time slot.
If it is your first time, you will have to wait approximately 48-72 hours to receive authorisation from the system administrator. If you are an already approved user, the event will be confirmed automatically and enter your ‘My Events’ screen. You will also receive an email with a reminder and information about your booking.
- On the day of the performance go to the stage at the scheduled time.
Bring your phone close to the totem and unlock the safety door using the button that will appear on your event (in the ‘My Events’ section).
- LET THE SHOW BEGIN!
- Log in to the app or register as ARTIST or ARTISTIC JOB
- To perform you must fill your profile:
• By inserting your ID card (front and back).
• By adding a link to a video of one of your performances on YouTube or another free platform (lasting at least 3 minutes) indicating the sound emission level you think you belong to
• Accepting the rules and privacy treatment of Stradarte.
This operation can also be carried out when your profile is already registered, by accessing the EDIT section of your PROFILE.
Once you have uploaded this data you must wait for the administrators to approve your profile (this operation generally takes 48 to 72 hours). The administrators can also change the sound emission class at their discretion.
- From the home page select "+ LET'S PLAY!"
- Choose the city, the location and an available time slot.
If you are an already approved user (see point 2) the event will be confirmed automatically and will go into your ‘My Events’ screen.
You will also receive an email with a reminder and information about your booking.
- On the day of the performance, go to the location
You must confirm your performance via the notification in the app.
